I saw one of those bags on the back of a pick up truck when I was returning from Shelter Island. Although the first thought in my head was that it looked exactly like a scrotum and testicles, I thought it might have been some sort of connection device for towing. Yes, my mind was in the gutter, but I did think that it had some practical use. Little did I know....
